Prepare for a night of powerful voices and sweet tunes. Come down to Mojo’s Bar Fremantle to celebrate the release of Rachael Elder’s Debut album “Paper Thoughts” with her amazing band and talented friends singing soulful songs through the night.
Rachael is a Perth-based alternative folk/rock singer & songwriter who’s rich tone will captivate you. The way that she grasps the audience with her performance is intriguing, you’ll always be left wanting more. She loves to harmonise and experiment with different sounds. Inspired by Coldplay, London Grammar and Fleetwood Mac, she aims to touch the hearts of others through her music. Her lyrics are honest and her style is soothing- she’ll sweep you off your feet and transport you to a different world!
Opening the night will be nineteen year old Soul and Pop influenced Jess Blackley who has a small frame but armed with a big voice. Her melodies and lyrics are written with depth and wisdom well beyond her years. You’ll discover a girl who believes in the power of music to take you to another place.
Next will be Grace Armstrong and her impressive band outfit, who are new to the Perth music scene. Her R&B laced folk songs, accompanied by smooth vocals, are catchy and raw. You can’t help but smile when she walks on stage. Grace will be one to watch out for in the near future!
Last, but not least, is Rachael Elder. A Perth-based alternative folk/rock singer & songwriter who’s rich tone will captivate you.
