I went to Shanggerz Sunday Night to get a Beef Noodle Soup from the Thai place.

I don't know if there's anything particularly Thai about their Beef Noodle Soup (is it copying Vietnamese Pho?) but it’s good and its cheap - the Small comes in at $7.50. The Small is, in my view, the size to go for. The Large is $10 but who can comfortably finish a Large noodle soup down to every last broth-bit and noodle? Not many. Studies have not been done but I don't imagine it would be more than 15% people.

The Beef Noodle Soup consists of a yummy broth, flat rice noodles, some weird and round processed Beef Balls, some no spherical pieces of beef, and a handful of chopped up Bok Choi. Compared to say, the lemony, spicy Tom Yum, also available from the Thai, the Beef Noodle Soup really only tastes like a combination of beef and hot water and salt, which is what I wanted. And it was hot.
